BBL and arm lipo with Dr. Palladino

I had my bbl with Dr Palladino of Mia aesthetics. The experience with the clinic was pleasant and dr P is a genuinely caring person. I’m not fully happy with my results and I developed a serious infection after surgery that also made my recovery hell but I’m finally on the mend and will be deciding between revision with Dr P or round two with someone else. This entire process has been super emotional I cried everyday for the first 6 weeks the pain was miserable and the meds didn’t work. The infection popped up when I finished the first round of antibiotics major major abscesses that has to be drained and lost a ton of fat. My shape looked pretty good the first 8 weeks but now that swelling has subsided I can see unevenness I will post another update with the most recent pics

I want to talk about the infection as I didn’t go into detail the first time. I believe my infection was NOT DR P FAULT. I had silicone removed and it left me with scar tissue dr p as very thorough and explained I was at high risk for complications. Dr palladino was there when I reached out and has been very reassuring about my revision. He is branching off from Mia aesthetics and I think that’s a good move as the volume of patients they do at that clinic isn’t the best look for such a historically successful Dr. and although im disappointed in some of my lipo areas I am overall happy with the experience and the fact he has agree to fix it

I like my shape in clothing but I absolutely hate my body naked. I couldn’t wear anything that wasn’t high waisted and bought one piece swim suit for the first time since middle school. My lipo is very uneven my arms are two different sizes and my shape is not natural curves but boxy. I have decided not to get the revision by dr P and he hasn’t responded to me anymore anyways. My infection created huge dents and I plan to get a second round in Colombia to fix this but am trying to regain confidence and love my shape for why I do have. If I Could change my experience I would not have chosen a clinic or dr who does more than 4-5 patients a day maximum and definitely don’t think dr P is great at bbls especially on smaller frame women
