BBL and arm lipo in ATL

I’ve dreamed about getting a BBL for at least 4 years and I’m finally going to do it now that I’m out of university. I’m 21, no kids, 5’4, 140lbs. I want to stay close to home for it so I’m looking at doctors in Atlanta. While I’m doing my BBL I’m looking to do lipo on my arms and pubic area as well. I have a consultation coming up in two days and I’m excited! Hoping to be in surgery by May or June.

I want results that are natural but a clear change from what I have now. I work out 3x a week and it hurts my confidence that no matter how much I diet or work out I’ll never have the shape I want. The lowest weight I’ve been 115lbs I had the same shape but smaller. I seem to hold onto my fat so well. So surgery it is! I want a nice hourglass figure and a heart butt that matches my thighs. I also have a lot of arm fat that causes my arms to protrude out and armpit fat that squishes out. I usually wear a medium for tops but small for bottoms. I want things even!

I went to Dr. Wright Jones for my consultation today. It was with a staff member, Angela, who is so sweet and answered all my questions. She wants me to gain about 15lbs before the surgery which would put me at 150-155 lbs. She said I didn’t have enough fat which blows my mind considering I feel like I have too much of it. I was quoted $15,800 for back, arm, lower+upper abs, and flank lipo and fat transfer.
