I haven’t worked out for 3 months even though I had the clearance to, just to be sure I remained gentle on the fat transfer. I feel it’s a small investment for the lifelong journey I’m about to undertake to keep fit and healthy. Even without working out, the result are incredible. My confidence has skyrocketed and I feel happier and more energetic. Yovino is a master, truly one of a kind. When he says “world class lipo,” he means it. He’s changed my life in so many ways.

was this really done under local anesthesia? do you have lumps/bumps anywhere on body? did you have to anything after this procedure, like massages or something? On a scale of 1 to 5, what was the pain level or discomfort like? how many weeks did the pain last? how long do you have to be off your butt?
I was awake, I don't think it is local anesthesia, it's just a numbing shot. Maybe that's the same thing? After procedure? I live far away so I just bought a wellbox. No professional massages. Pain level - the renuvion was hot but then it ended quickly. No pain this time, only took Advil the following day. I tried to document all my feelings and the journey a accurately as possible. I stayed off the butt for a month but slept on my stomach for at least 3-4. Just to be extra sure I didn't kill fat cells.
Amazing.
Thank you! He's a master artist!
How are things going? Love to see an update?!

Still Swollen but Booty is Settling Down

I’ve been very active lately so maybe I’ve overworked myself a bit because today is the first day where I felt tired and needed a nap. Being active makes the time pass faster and helps keep the spirits up. I started my period a couple days ago, which makes things a bit trickier with the faja. I didn’t do my long walk today so I felt a bit stiff and bloated all day. Ladies, getting in your circulation for the day is the best therapy. I indulged in baking a sugar-free and healthy whole wheat olive oil cake using monkfruit to keep feeding the fat with healthy nutrients. Still eating hearty meals and practicing healthy diet choices while managing the urge for junk food and simple carbs. No dieting or calorie deficits just yet, just cleaning up the diet! My stomach area is still hard as a rock from swelling and fluid. I’ll be hitting it hard with endermologie next week. The skin is retracting though!

Wellbox at Home Endermologie

I did my first wellbox session last night and ladies, it felt so good. The highest setting can get uncomfortable at times - more painful than the surgery! It works kind of like how a microderm machine works, it uses suction to suck in and roll or air tap the surface of the skin. They provide multiple different heads rollers. The French women love it to get rid of cellulite, which makes sense since the suction and rolling breaks up the tight fascia. I’ve been using the “tap-tap-suck” mode on the lightest setting. It helped to soften the inflammation, tighten skin, and smooth out my results even more. It must have released toxins because I sweated all night last night. It helps to get the lymph and circulation going. I woke up more snatched and moved another notch tighter on the XXS compression garment.
My butt felt constricted the last couple of days and I figured out it was because of the underwear! Before surgery, I bought new underwear a size up from my size. It’s too compressing, so I switched back to my Large Adult Diaper from Depends. Ah. Feels better. My husband had nightmares about the adult diaper but hey, I feel comfortable in it until the booty shrinks.
Walked 5 miles this morning. Feeling great, no pain, haven’t taken any pain meds this entire time. The only med I thought of taking was the anti-nauseous pill after riding in the backseat, face down, for hours, but then that feeling went away. I’m truly shocked how easy this BBL experience has been. I’m back to gently living life - shopping, cooking, walking, light work....just not social yet with close friends. I don’t want to explain the booty pillow over dinner.
