Today I’m officially two weeks post op. It has been a rough two weeks. Pain is a little better, but swelling is still bad. I switched over into my stage 2 faja today. It took probably 15 minutes or more to get into and that was with help, but it feels better than the stage 1. I’m hoping it helps with the rest of the swelling. Most of my bruising is gone. Right now my waist is at 30in and my hips are 49in. I was originally 33-35 inches in the waist and 44 in the hips. I can’t wait for the pain and swelling to completely subside, but so far my body is completely transformed and I’m so thankful to have a normal looking booty. A nice one at that. I just hope it stays that way!

Yessss! Your shape is amazing. I love the hips and thighs! I'm glad the pain is getting better. Is your butt firm? My boyfriend and I love that my current butt is very jiggly, and we're concerned that it will be hard after surgery.

Hi!! It'll be hard for a few weeks but it'll be as jiggly as it naturally was once you fully recover :)

Thank you! Yes it is hard right now. It’s starting to soften. It looks like from most reviews I read/watched by 3 months your butt will be pretty soft.

I’m one week post op. I still have a lot of swelling and the pain comes and goes. Sometimes it’s pretty severe. My 1 week follow up went good. He said it will just take time for the swelling but gave me some more pain medicine and some neurontin for the nerve pain. I’m just taking it one day at a time. Overall I look much better than before and once the swelling goes down, I should really be able to tell. I’d like my butt to stay the size it is, but there’s still a lot of swelling in the top part of my butt where he did aggressive Lipo. My stomach is flat and my back is pretty smooth. My incisions look rough because my garment got stuck to the upper ones and pulled the scab and some skin off with it too. I’m ok with it though. Eventually they will heal up and not be really noticeable.

It looks so good! I love the shape. I cannot wait for my "top butt" to be gone. I hope you're feeling better! How do showers feel? Are you taking stool softeners?

Yes I emphasized to him how much I hate my top butt and if he could take care of that I’d be so happy. I really am nervous though waiting on the swelling to subside. I just want to see the final result and keep my shape! I feel better some. Nights are really rough for me. I get in a lot of pain and the swelling seems to be much worse. Showers are ok. I still use cool water and I get in and out. I’m scared to let anything touch my butt. Lol. I stopped the stool softeners because they were making my stomach cramp up really bad. My bowels have always been pretty regular. Luckily the faja they gave me I can keep it on for #2 and it doesn’t get on my faja.

Day 2 started off good, but ended terrible. I was in severe pain. I got even more stiff and very emotional. The swelling got much worse. Every part of my body swelled. I slept a hour to a couple of hours throughout the night. Day 3 my stomach pain was much worse, but I finally had a bowel movement and took a shower. I’m not trying to judge my results because of all the swelling. I don’t know if I like my booty or not, but I do like that he sucked my back fat dry. It looks much better. And honestly anything will probably be better than what it was before. So far today is better than yesterday. I just have to remember to take it easy.

Do you think you could do the recovery alone? I've been having trouble securing someone to help me after surgery.

I literally wouldn’t have made it without my friend. You’ll get faint. Sometimes it’s a real struggle to get out of bed. I had itches I couldn’t scratch and he scratched them for me, washed my garment, and cooked for me. I would say at least the first 3 days. Or maybe hire a private nurse.

For me I was in severe pain. I thought I had a high pain tolerance but obviously not. The meds helped some, but not for long. Day 2/3 I was taking 2 pills every 4 hours. If you’re in pain like I was then just watch your Tylenol intake. Can only have 4000 mg/day of Tylenol. By day 5 I was every 6 hours but still in a lot of pain. Just not as bad. I’m still not close to normal and I’ll be 3 weeks Friday.
