6 weeks!!

DASSBody2020
Hey ladies! I just wanted to give an update of my 6 weeks progress. I started sitting on my butt this past Wednesday the day before my 6 week mark. I have noticed a little soreness in my butt after sitting for a little while. I haven’t sat longer than an hour and I try to limit that time to only once a day. I also am not sleeping on my back. I do sit with my bbl pillow when driving and I plan to continue doing that for a while. I did go ahead and get 4 lymphatic massages once I made it to 3 weeks. I do feel like they help with swelling and heeling faster. My butt is really soft and has been for a few weeks now. It also jiggles a little. I hope my but doesn’t go down anymore than it already has. I did tell Dr.Dass I didn’t want a huge butt so I feel like he gave me exactly what I asked for. I plan on getting a few treatments of ultrasonic cavitation lipo for skin tightening and to reduce the little bit of fat that is left on my abdomen once I heel a little more.

Hey! I AM OBSESSED !!! PERFECT! Question...I know Dr.Dass does not believ in getting lymphatic massages. How were your experiences with them? do you think they helped with appearance?

Thank you! I do feel like they helped with swelling, but I also believe that massaging yourself will give the same results. They were not painful for me at all. They were helpful with making the swelling go down more, but I see why Dr. Dass says they're not really needed or recommended. I guess if you're a person that is experiencing a lot of swelling 3 weeks after then it wouldn't hurt giving them a try.

You look amazing! I started massages the same time you did. I actually have done the ultrasonic cavitation twice now and will do it for my next few massages too; I like it!

Thank you! What body parts have you done the ultrasonic cavitation on? I have an appointment next week for it. What kind of response/results have you seen from using the ultrasonic cavitation?

So far only abdomen. I don’t feel like I’ve done it enough to really see results yet, but my skin does feel tighter/firmer right after treatment. I do believe it takes about 8 sessions to see results & my third will be on Monday. My chiropractor just started incorporating it into my usual massage.

Okay well good to know! I will definitely be getting them as well!
