I searched all over for an experienced, board certified BBL surgeon who knew how to work on smaller women. I'm from Southern California originally, but live on the east coast now, and was torn between traveling to Miami or LA for my BBL. I decided on Dr. Dass after consulting with him over the phone and reviewing his work extensively. I did not want to gain weight for this procedure, commit to massages, or deal with drains; none of which I had to do with Dr. Dass. I decided on Lipo 360 (upper and lower abdomen, waist, flanks, back bra rolls) and added arms and inner thighs. Surgery was on 6/9/2020. Here are my before photos:

The first few days were a blur. Around day 6 or 7 I had hit maximum swelling as was miserable. My lower back throbbed each morning I woke up and I felt so frustrated and hopeless. Day 8 I all of a sudden felt better. I'll be at exactly 3 weeks tomorrow and not being able to find clothes to wear with this stage 2 garment + long sleeve arm compression has been annoying. Especially since it's summertime. Sleeping on my stomach has been no problem at all for me, surprisingly. My butt looks like it's gotten smaller, but my measurements haven't changed much since day 2. I'm currently around 25" waist, 28" belly button, 39" hips. Before I was 28" waist, 32" belly button, and 37" hips. Here are a few progress photos:

Wow you look really good!!! Great shape!! So do you have any lumpiness on your stomach? And are the incision points noticeable?
June 30, 2020
Thank you! So far no lumpiness at all on my stomach, back, or thighs. I do have some rippling/waviness on the underside of my left arm, but it seems to be getting better with self-massage and honestly it doesn't bother me much anyway (it's only visible if I'm raising my arms).

Incisions on my thighs are tiny and not noticeable, same with lower butt. Lower/upper back and above my vagina are larger but healing well. My scabs just fell off a few day ago and I've been using the scar cream Dr. Dass provided 1x daily ever since.

That's good news. Because that is another one of my concerns....the incision scars.

You look phenomenal!!!!! I'm scheduled for surgery with him in August and looking at your results, I know I made the right decision.

Thanks lady!! You are in great hands, he may be more reserved, but he's got some serious skills. Good luck to you!

Wow this is amazing my surgery is in 7 days thought since I don’t have enough fat might not get great results but looking at your before and after you look amazing!

Thank you! And Congrats lady! Are you going to Dr. Dass? If so, he will find the fat and put it to good use. I had a lot of areas lipo'd, and he didn't end up using all of the fat he removed, but I'm still so happy with my results

Hey hun yes I’m going to Dr. Dass! I’m lipoing the same exact areas as you did besides my abdomen because he said I don’t have enough fat there. I do hope I have enough so we’ll see. Hope you’re healing well and again your body looks beautiful!

Bruising gets better every day, swelling goes up and down and diet makes a huge difference. I swell instantly after eating salty food. Also, my weight went up by nearly 10lbs immediately after surgery (was 125lbs pre op). I know this is due to swelling/water retention, but my weight is still up about 5lbs from baseline 3 weeks later. Doesn’t bother me, just interesting. I’m assuming it’s still fluid retention? For reference, Dr. Dass removed 2 liters of fat and put 700cc’s back into each cheek. My jeans/clothes all still fit for the most part, just non-stretchy jeans are super loose in the waist. I’m still living in loose flowy clothing though, because it’s hot and this garment would suck under anything else!

I think it looks great! I had liposuction with breast fat transfer, and then a revision liposuction recently. I have found the same phenomena, which is strange. I am up almost 5 pounds from my previous week before any surgeries (118 pre op, 122 post). I think my body just reset its resting weight after the distribution of the fat. It's fine with me as my shape is definitely better, it's just a strange phenomena.

Thank you!! And yes I totally agree, shape is much better and just goes to show numbers on the scale are meaningless
