BBL 23yr / 150lbs- consultation and surgery date - set for 4/10/18

On Feb 14th I had my first consultation with Dr. Steven J Smith of Knoxville. The staff and doctor were very friendly and informative. I am so excited to start on this journey. My whole life I haven’t been genetically blessed with the right curves or backside. Its my only insecurity. I have always been on the small side but gained weight in my abdomen and love handles. I talked to the doctor about wanting the maximum curves and booty as possible and he was very comforting and thinks I have enough body fat for the shape I want! I am so excited! Today I set my surgery date and put a payment down. I did not get approved for Care Credit because I’ve never had a payment history for loans or credit cards but I am planning on finding a co signer!

Surgery went well! I’m on my 3rd full day since and finally able to walk and move around more. Laying on my stomach and waking up stiff and sore has been the worst part. Also not being able to sit on my butt but besides the first 24 hours of soreness, I think recovery has went pretty well. I’m still in pain and swollen and bruised but excited to heal. After joining Real Self and the BBL Instagram community I was worried seeing everyone going to these “big bbl surgeons” in Miami or Dominican Republic bu I think Dr. Steven J Smith did exactly what I wanted! A flat tummy, hourglass shape, big booty and hips! Can’t wait to see my results further and better heal. He was able to get around 850cc into each cheek until it couldn’t fit anymore. Although I was hoping for more I think this will still give me the booty I was wanting ????

I’m feeling a lot more “healed” but my stomach and back is still swollen and my vagina became really bruised and swollen from gravity. It now has two really hard lumps in it, hoping they will go away soon. I lost a lot of volume but my hip measurements only went down two inches from a couple days post op. My stomach has stayed the same width. I’m happy with my results but I do wish it was more dramatic and bigger and am definitely looking into a round 2 this winter. Here’s some pics!
