Weight Loss (6.5 Yrs Post Op)
WORTH IT$10,500
Before and After from my last update.
I lost about 12lbs - down to 171lbs. You can see how my overall shape stays in tact. I did pair cardio with light weight training and daily protein intake of 90-100grams.

My results have held up great. Even with weight fluctuations. At my lowest I was 122 lbs in 2019. At my highest, 183 lbs in 2021. Shape always stayed in tact. Sometimes I think I would like to go back for another round. Lipo (back, chin, and arms) with transfer to my hips with some to my butt to fill/smooth it out. I’m in no rush though. Dr. Shifrin did amazing work.

some of your photos have been edited? the light switch is stretched where you edited you tummy and on another photos its just as bad

I've only removed identifying birth marks (one which is on my tummy) from the pictures I've shared. I would never edit the contour of my shape/body - it would defeat the point of posting and sharing results. The light switches are not distorted. If they look "stretched" - longer or shorter, that is likely due to my distance from the camera varying slightly between picture takes (because I had to turn the camera timer on then move back into place for the photo).

Hi Ang! Thank you :) I honestly think it was just time. This might be what everyone calls “fluffing”! The fat on my bottom felt kinda tight after my surgery, but almost 4 months out I think things have finally relaxed and “fluffed out”.

You give me hope dear! Just like you I weighed myself today as sure enough I lost 10 pounds since my surgery. I went from 147pds to now 137pds. Which as you know makes a huge difference with the volume in our butts. I just did not have an appetite after my surgery. I'll be 3 weeks post op tomorrow and my appetite is finally getting back to normal so I'm sure I'll pick up some weight. As for my butt it is still hard in certain places, so like you I'm just giving things time to settle to see what happens.

Also do you think wearing a faja helps? Since I had a tummy tuck as well, I've been wearing the compression garment around my stomach they gave me after surgery. However, they just gave me a faja size small last week which is way to small for me. So I ordered a medium from Amazon which came today and its better but still way to uncomfortable for me. So at this point, either I exchange it for a large until my swelling starts to go down then go down in size. I just want to know if a faja is worth the trouble.

Wow! We definitely had very similar experiences. My lowest weight was around 4 wks then it started to get back to normal. But when my appetite came back, it was in full force! Lol i wasn’t missing any meals.

I would stick with faja! I swear those things are like magic. I would wear the medium, but go for the small as soon as you can comfortably do so. It works wonders on the swelling, especially if he did lipo on your lower back. You’ll see you’re butt start to look more defined.

You might have to push through a little discomfort, but the compression can be comforting once you get used to it.
