I'll make this short.
BEDSIDE MANNER/RESULTSDr. William was rude, obnoxious, and arrogant. If I would've known he was going to perform lousy lipo/bbl on me because I'm not IG famous or because he was lazy—he would've never been an option. I have barely any curve, butt, and have fibrosis to the point I'm embarrassed to show my stomach.STAFF:Terrible — I paid upfront and they barely spoke to me after. The day of my surgery I was crying while in the recovery room two women were laughing asking why I was crying. I didn't get a phone call until 2 days after my surgery to check-in. I had massages that were so unorganized and barely were 20 minutes. Overall the worst customer service I've ever had.REQUESTS:I have reached out to Dr. William and his staff several times asking for my medical records and no one has gotten back to me nor have they sent my medical records. I obviously want my stomach fixed and a full refund. I will if needed take legal action.Do not go to dr. William or 305 plastic surgery 
Do not believe the hype
Find a doctor who cares 
Find a doctor who does better work 
Don't believe the ig hype he is not a good doctor! There are better out there and for a lot less money!

I am so sorry to hear about your disappointment with your ps results. This is not acceptable and should definitely be addressed with your doctor. Remain calm, and be insistent that you'd like a consultation with him to discuss your questions and concerns. Good luck

I went to meet with him. At first he told me to get massages that my stomach was lumpy. I went back a two months later and he told me it was loose skin and there was nothing he could do but possible a TT! Why would I get a TT? I’m young with no kids and there is an inch of loose skin because of him plus some fibrosis. He is the worst doctor in the history of doctors the fact that he has a license is beyond me. He botched my stomach.

Have you gotten a second opinion? I'm no expert, but from what I've read, it looks like he over corrected and took away too much fat in some areas, which explains the loose skin. I got 360 lipo and my doc said he had to be really careful with how my fat was distributed in my lower abdomen because if he took away too much, it would cause that. I'm sorry this happened to you though, and I wish you all the luck. Some of these surgeons should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

There are so many other surgeons who will give you the care you deserve that aren’t ig famous. Don’t get caught up in the hype like I did. He works on 10-15 girls a day, the office is like a factory, and I promise you I’m not the only woman he botched. I’ve talked to others on IG. I think majority of his reviews are fake or they were paid to leave reviews. Look at my stomach! I was not obese. I was 135 before surgery with a beautiful stomach even before surgery. He ruined me. DO NOT GO TO HIM! I also have 13 incisions! There are better surgeons who actually care and do great work. Beware!

Sorry to hear of your issues but did the lumps ever resolve? Did you get your messages? I too have lumps, and scar tissue ( stomach tissues are very hard but it’s not my full stomach it’s an inch above my navel) @ 3month PO but its getting better with messaging . Hopefully with continuing massages results get closer to normal as possible.

Im too embarrassed about my stomach, I feel your pain and no we don’t have the same Dr

I can recommend a good revision surgeon if you're interested. I had similar problems and have had good results from revision
