I ended up with no butt, no hips and a weird looking waistline

Worst over $10,000 dollars I ever spent !!!!
Two years after my Brazilian Butt Lift with Dr .Shah , my body looks horrible and my waist and stomach almost looks deformed because Dr Shah claimed he could not take fat from the upper portion of my stomach and that I needed to exercise it down . I have been exercising for over a year now and my stomach still looks weird , especially the side view .The surgery went well enough but I did not wake up with the faja on , the one they said I needed to pay for before the surgery the one they ordered for me and put on me after I woke up and was a size too big .
I was also told that the fat kept coming out , ( whatever that means ) personally , I think it was a matter of faulty technique or outdated technique . In the end , after years of saving and paying the surgery off , I thought I would finally have a chance to feel confident about my body, but instead I ended up with , from the beginning , and now two years later with no butt , no hips , and a weird looking waistline . I wish I had went somewhere else .
