I Had Very Bad Experience

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the cosmetic procedure I underwent at your clinic. Unfortunately, the results have not met the expectations that were clearly discussed and agreed upon during our consultations.

From the beginning, I did not feel that my concerns were fully heard or respected by Dr. Nair. I had communicated my desired outcome in detail, yet the results have fallen significantly short. Not only am I unhappy with the final appearance, but the entire experience left me feeling dismissed and uncomfortable. The level of care and professionalism I expected was not provided.

I trusted your clinic with a very personal and important decision, and I am extremely disappointed with how things turned out. I would like to know how you intend to address this matter, as I believe some form of resolution is warranted.

I am open to discussing this further and hope to hear from you soon regarding the next steps. And especially u make my buttock uneven and I have big pump on my left buttock and u didn’t help me u keep ignoring my message u see it but no response that’s very rude and disrespectful and ur employees they were so disrespectful and rude
