Office review: her assistants are horrible and unprofessional

I have not met Dr abeer yet but I can say that her team is HORRIBLE! Very unprofessional, my consultant was Jenny and she was very nice in the beginning (before I made my payments) after I was paid in full I didn’t hear from seduction in MONTHS. I’ve attempted to call her multiple times and she has not responded I wrote her on Instagram multiple she lied stating someone was going to call me and that person took 3 days after to call. They told me to get my blood work done 30 days before my surgery which was schedule for may 3rd I got my blood work April 5 (28 days before) & they called me on April 17th saying they couldn’t do my surgery because they didn’t get all the lab work and it’s too late (even though it was 3 weeks before my surgery) they tried pushing me off to another doctor whom I’ve known nothing about who doesn’t do the same quality of work as doctor abeer, they tried keeping my money they sent over all of my paperwork for me to get out of work and never asked me for anything relating to my lab work, they’ve inconvenienced me so much (Jenny & Maria - Abeers workers ) and did absolutely nothing to make me feel better. Maria will argue with you she will tell you that she is right and you are wrong she does not care about any of the women in that facility they have way too much of a workload and don’t pay attention to they’re patients. Once they collect your money they don’t care about anything that happens after that. I am still waiting to see what is going to happen with my surgery they’re telling me abeer isn’t available until august and my surgery was scheduled for 15 days from now. Completely unbelievable I’ve been crying non stop and I just don’t know what to do I feel like if I ask them for my refund they are going to try and get technical and keep my money and I’ve worked way too hard for all of this.
