Aslanified and NOT Worth It

Supercharged BBL, butt implants, fat transfer from waist and flanks to create hips.
I originally had a consultation face to face with Dr Aslani in Marbella.
I told him my requirement was to create hips because my lower body is very masculine and he recommended implants – it’s only after a few email exchanges with the patient coordinator that I realised he did not mean hip implants but butt implants. I queried this with the patient coordinator because my aim was to create a curvy figure around my hips but was told this would help achieve my goal.
The surgery went ahead eventually and upon waking up I was in excruciating pain and could hardly move.
I cannot fault the staff who looked after but at no time was I asked if I was happy with my results by anyone. They only seemed interested in obtaining pictures that could be used on Instagram.
Dr Aslani’s examination was perfunctory with no question of was I happy with the results. In fact, he seemed to almost lose his temper when I could not move properly to lie on the examination table due to the pain I was in.
My patient records show that I had fat grafting from my waist and flanks, and this was transferred to my hips – in fact the records show that 2400cc was extracted and into each hip 1200cc was grafted in.
The pictures show a different story. In fact, from some angles there was more shape to my hips before than after.
The implants are not symmetrical and now the shape can be clearly seen beneath my skin. There does not appear to have been any attempt to blend the implants into the surrounding area to achieve a good aesthetic result.
In addition, I have been in continual pain for nearly a year around the area of my back where fat was taken away and the drains were placed. This pain is not taken away by the strongest non-prescription pain killer available in the UK Co-codemol.
I mentioned this to my patient coordinator several times and was recommended taking 9, 200mg Ibuprofen a day for 6 months.
I have taken my time in writing this review because I wished to give the surgeon the benefit of the doubt and to see if time would heal the pain. I’m currently paying for intensive massage and drainage therapy to try to alleviate the pain but so far it has not stopped.
This whole situation has totally changed my life negatively – my social life is non-existent, my busy publishing business has suffered and I cannot drive safely.
I’m sorry to say there has been virtually no after care and when I approached the surgeon about the lack of result his comment was that this was the best they could do.
I feel as though I should be compensated at least partly for what I though would be a life improving procedure to increase my self-confidence and worth and instead I've been ignored except to be told that I probably need more procedures to get my desired end result.

What I find baffling about this whole experience is that in comparison with almost every other woman who has had treatment by this surgeon and has written a review he has no empathy, no sympathy, he never discussed my procedure and the result. Never asked if I was happy and if he thought the end result was good. And strangely whenever we met he was usually an hour late. I think under the circumstances I deserve some of my money back!

Sorry to hear that! Have you thought about fat transfer to your butt instead of implants? I had my bbl with Dr Kagan in Miami Fl. On 5/1/19. I am very happy with my results so far, still in the process of recovery. Check my profile for results.
I wish you the best.

I bruised like everyone else and is normal. I never had a sharp pain just discomfort and sore, didn't take any pain killer after surgery, just tylenol 500 the first week.

Well my bruising was nothing like that and I'm still in pain 9 months on so you must be very resilient lol x

Well I thought that the surgeon was going to create hips and the notes of the surgery say that 1200cc was placed into each hip but if you look at the pictures it clearly has not been done. Before I do anything else I need to sort out the mess I've been left in mainly pain and discomfort from the implants after that FT to my butt will be on the agenda - thank you for your advice and I'll check out your profile now xx

I'm sorry that this has happened. I have only read and seen great things about Dr Aslani. Surgeons are not perfect, but if they don't a good job they should take responsibility and help come up with a solution.

Because I complained he told me to get lost. My treatment by Aslani has been nothing short of appalling - he never even asked me if I was happy with the results nor his staff. It's as if I've been treated by a different person when you compare reviews here and I'm at a complete loss to understand why
