3 weeks after bbl surgery
WORTH IT
Its getting better every day. Still a a bit swollen, tender and some parts still still feel a bit numb. But this operation is no joke and so you have to be patient and take good care of your inner and outer body. At the moment I still have a lymph massage twice a week

How do i sleep..
To sleep after a bbl + new breast is not the best experience but u have no other choise and (for 21 days) offcourse we all wants the best recovery and results after the surgery. The most important thing for your recovery to eat very clean and a lot of veggies/fruit. Food that is easy to process for your body. So very less processed food. Just as fresh and light as posible. U dont want to gain extra weight right after surgery and your’e guts are also confused after this al so take good care of your inner en outer body!!

Day after surgery
The first day after surgery u can do almost nothing. Because i did my breast and a BBL l(lypo + 500cc injected to each buttocks), i can only lay down in one position for at least 21 days. You can’t have any pressure on the buttocks because of the fat that was injected. The fat have to settle down and any pressure can make the injected fatcells to die and then less fat is gonna survived.
Its a bloody mess the first two days after surgery

Sirry I don’t see your comments on specific sleep position on your latest update that’s why I am wondering what position you sleep do you use a special bed or pillows ?

I have a large lounge sofa with many pillows. I took two seat cushions apart, creating a space for the buttock and then sheets over it, several pillows for your head and sometimes an extra pillow under the legs or knees for circulation. In this way you also sleep in the hospital after the operation and the pillows were also brought to the hotel. Looks like two small mattresses of 90x90 that you place behind each other with about 20cm in between in front of your buttock and then make your bed. Not very great but you get used to it. just make sure that you don't lie too many hours in a row, even at night. For example, I go to the toilet every night around 4:00 and walk back and forth in the living room for 15 minutes so that my body can recharge for a few hours. Your back will be damaged after 4 hours.
