Due to the huge amount of fat on my lower back, I experience pain when sitting and have lived my entire life with a deformed Bun. Squarish. Other women in my family deal with this deformity as well. Besides exercising, weight loss and wearing butt shapers, this was my attempt to take further action on not just shrinking Flanks and hump, but also to have a round shaped butt.
The process was quick and simple.
6/26/23- I inquired by phone. Staff at Elite Body Sculpture Houston advised on Procedures and sent me a cellular number to text photos of the areas. I sent photos and advised of my situation.
6/30-23 Received clearance from office staff on Airsculpt & Airsculpt + of Lower Back. Flanks(fat rolls)procedures. Here is where I advised I wanted reshaping of the buttocks.
7/1/23- Got Financed for full amount. Signed paperwork online for procedures. Included Fat Transfer in paperwork.
7/3/23. The price was still at $12,000 so I reiterated my wish for fat transfer to round BUTT OR bbl. Prior to that, staff had only gotten Airsculpt and Airsculpt + of Lower Back. Plus, Flanks(fat rolls) approved. During this stage I resent the pic and told them the huge dent in the middle of my butt, near the crack, would leave me without a round butt. I was at $12,000 at that time. They advised me to wait and see the Doctor and see if he approves FAT TRANSFER. As I was already at 12,000 I told them I was willing to take off the Flanks in exchange for the butt shape procedure. Again, They advised me to wait and see the Doctor and see if he approves FAT TRANSFER.
7/4/23- Went to Elite to have procedures done. Met and spoke to the doctor for the first time. Up until that point everything was handled though text or email and through office staff who were Top Tier Professionals the entire time!!! They are awesome and beautiful ladies.
Restated to the doctor my lower back issue and desire to have a round shaped butt. He said he would transfer fat to the buttocks to make it round. The price went up $3000 on the spot due to him adding the fat transfer to the buttocks.
7-4-2023- I paid. He drew his lines and we got started. Procedure started around 8am. I was done & texting my ride at 10:42am.
7-14-2023- Follow up visit. Nurse only. Her report was good. She said it's still lots of swelling but everything looked according to plan. She gave me a foam board to help with smoothing out the wrinkled area where the procedure was done on lower back.
Total $15,000 + interest.

I’m going through other profile pics, seeing everyone show off their perfect round Bum. I’m feeling a bit sad. Your results look great. I’m about a month out and don’t have results yet. After surgery when I looked in the mirror I asked “ did he even touch the area?” I went in with a squarish bum. Something, I’ve hidden & hated my entire life. I paid 15,000 and left with an even shape than before . Maybe I’m being impatient. It’s been close to a month. It took years to get my credit close enough to getting a $15,000 loan. And I’m not sure if it was worth.

I'm so sorry to hear of your disappointment! :-( Maybe he will agree to do a revision? When do you next go back?

It’s Day 29. I attached my Wish Pic. Dr. Baylan has all good reviews so I’m eager to see where my final results go. Today, I’m posting my progress and my WishPic. This the pic I showed Dr. Baylan before surgery. Hopefully I’ll be there soon. I didn’t ask to be skinny or even rid of my dimples. I just asked for round.
