Dr Kalsow Snatched Me Up

Today has been three months officially since I’ve had surgery at Goals Plastic Surgery with Dr.Kalsow . I’m still in love with my results . The thing that makes me happy the most is seeing that dip in my back and my booty pop out iight under it lol . I love the shape of my booty . Everyone knows how obsessed I am with hips I love how they pop out now and I want more . Some folks tell me just wait till all the swelling goes down in your waist and you’ll see even more of a difference . I still am tender no lie dolls my man gives me a hug and I still say ouch if too tight . The healing process is serious . I was so use to sleeping in my stomach that I don’t even want to lay on my side I don’t want any pressure on my laterals aka what most may call hips . I haven’t started working out because I didn’t want to burn any fat cells but I will start the core workouts now that I’m comfortable to sit . I sit on my booty now not too long though , I still use my bbl pillow to drive when I’m going long distances . My diet is different no carbs no starch at all . I’ll post more pictures later on today to show you guys how it’s coming along .

Sorry I haven’t updated girls I’ve been busy with school and work and healing . I’m still in love with my results even after the swelling has gone down . I don’t have any fibrosis . I took a break from my post op massages . I did about 10 I’ll get a new package for sculpting . My booty is nice and round but my biggest concern was to add hips and he did that . More like laterals .Hips hips hips I’m obsessed with hips . I get little tingling sensations everywhere that was liposuctioned . My nerve endings are reattaching I assume . I still don’t sit on my booty or lay on my side it’s been two months I refuse . I did not like the faja Goals gave me AT ALL !!!! It was pressing on my fat graft to my hips I immediately switched to my larger one I purchased on amazon . I have a total of 4 faja now lol I’ve been switching once I wash one and once I’ve noticed it’s getting too loose on me I put a smaller size on . Don’t get a super small faja ladies I’m warning you .you need room to compress and you need you don’t want to suffocate the fat graft to your booty. I’ve been eating healthier but still haven’t touched the gym they told me to wait for over 8 weeks you don’t want to burn and kill the new fat . My belly is flat I just noticed the sides are still swollen to the touch hurry up and go down so I can measure my waist lol . I use my bbl pillow faithfully . It goes everywhere I go to the movies the car the restaurant I don’t care . Stay in your faja all day as much as you think you won’t swell up YOU WILL . A big thing a lot of my friends talked to me about was sex after surgery . I waited two weeks and that was it I was in [RS bleep] never on my back lol . I just say as long as the person isn’t pressing on the fat and smacking it you’ll be ok take your time and enjoy your sex life period . I don’t think I want a second round everything I needed gone and rearranged has been done . Do I want bigger hips ? Yes I do the bigger the better . I’ll post pictures dolls CHOW !!!

I had surgery 9/20/18 with Dr.K from Goals plastic Surgery and it was a an amazing experience. I got to Goals at 7:30am I was greeted by a surgical tech she took my information and began to set me up for preparations. I took my clothes off and put on the gown ,head covering , and socks given to me . I was nervous but they make sure you’re calm before you go in . I was given medication to relax my nerves and I waited for Doctor K. Once I saw Doctor K I was excited because I knew it was about to go down . I was helped into the surgical suite and laid on that table I gave them my phone and chachi the tech played my playlist ( she doesn’t like city girls she reminds me of my mom lol) . I’ll be honesty ladies the numbing process is uncomfortable but you can endure it enough to get snatched . After Dr.K numbed me we waited for a bit and he began to liposuction . The sensation isn’t that bad you just feel it vibrating your body . He began with the stomach and proceeded to the back and sucked those rolls out . He got my sides which was a weird feeling . He was telling me “ Look at the fat over there we got good fat.” I saw the liquid gold and knew the transfer would be good . He numbed the buttocks and then began the transfer,I felt the transfer it felt like something going inside of me not too bad .My skin could only stretch but so much lol , he got my hips real plumped and my booty at 650cc each . Mind you I had ass before I really wanted HIPS. I don’t know the exact amount he put in my hips but I have CURVES . After the procedure was done my Doctor didn’t run off and disappear I was cleaned up and put into a binder, I actually lost my earring which was my mother’s and he found it for me “ Before I t in the elevator he said “ Karlie Look I Got The Earring.” Doctor K is amazing . You can talk to him and tell him what you want while he’s marking you and he’ll be honest and do the best to his ability . Which he in fact did do because I have no complaints I’m in the mirror in Awe and I’m 5 days post op today . I would recommend Dr.Kalsow he just has gifted hands I swear and his bed side manners are superb.
