There is absolutely no organization whatsoever

A lot of people have asked about pictures and since I can’t send them privately, I’ll just post them here for a few months. Today I’m 3 weeks, still very swollen, butt is still high and not fully round but I’m feeling better every day. Excuse the mess in the background. There's a reason every person on YouTube that reviews 305ps says they have a hard time contacting the office after they've made their deposit.
I implore you to listen to the signs, if you want an office that's going to answer questions prior to surgery, or even pick up the phone without getting an operator telling you they'll leave a message for the coordinator--do NOT book here. There is absolutely no organization whatsoever, and that's a problem.
Now, on to my journey. The week before the my surgery, I'm trying to get in contact with the coordinator Claudia, I called three times throughout the week because I had a medical question. The operator kept telling me she'll call you back today (bla bla bla bull)-never called. So I fly out to Florida from California on a Thursday (surgery was scheduled for Jan 16th,2020 Saturday), Claudia magically texts me the day I arrive around 12pm but not answering any of the questions I asked, she wanted me to push my date up a day. So instead of Saturday have pre-op/consultation appointment the same day (Friday the 15th). I had questions about getting my medication, what time the surgery would be etc... she says she'd call before 5pm with details, anyway against my better judgment I agreed, and of course then she disappears until about 7pm Thursday. As someone that likes to know what's going on and has paid a lot of money for the operation, that adds to the stress and anxiety I already had. If for some reason you do book with dr. Williams (each doctor has their own coordination staff) do not agree to have the surgery same day as preop/consult. Don't do this, you'll need to get prescription for pain management day before surgery so again logistically doesn't make sense.
Anyways, the next morning, I go through preop, COVID test etc... only thing left is consult with doctor and the surgery. IT WAS THE CONSULT FROM HELL!! All Doctors have a duty to communicate with laymen/patients and answer any questions. Dr. Williams failed this duty. Don't think you're going to put up with bad coordinators and have a decent doctor, nope, not the case.
I had my consultation about 25 minutes before my assigned surgery time; Dr. Williams comes in, marks me, says "I'm going to give you hips," I proceeded to tell him that I wanted a natural look especially because my shoulder and pelvis are already broad and wide, and then he stands up next to the door (about to leave) then says "okay then I'll give you maximal projection" for butt. Again I'm worried because as a law student I literally just want a natural look which is what is seen on 87% of his Instagram (there are outliers, and I didn't want to be one of them). So I ask for clarification and to show him a photo of the amount of projection I'd be comfortable with, he says no, cool fine, so I try to tell him again natural look with slope no shelf, and he got superrr offended and says " have you seen my Instagram and YouTube?" --Yes of course. "then you should know the shapes I do" this is the most arrogant doctor I've ever experienced, every patient has a different body and it's literally his job to communicate the type of shape he can give you for your body type. I paid wayyy too much money for his attitude. He then says "if you don't trust me or don't want the surgery we can arrange that", I tell him "I literally flew from California to Florida in the middle of a pandemic, booked an Airbnb, rental car, coordinated my school schedule and paid a total of about 10k--so that wouldn't make sense." He then says "well there are other doctors that can do your surgery at 305" and then I'm literally forced to coax his huge ego and I told him "that I booked with him for a reason." He said "fine" and went right out the Door. This entire interaction lasted less than 2.5 minutes!!! He is so busy running a mill that he can't even spend 3-5 quality minutes with each patient. Left without asking if I had any questions, he never asked what I wanted (I just had to interject), he was extremely hostile and looked as though he couldn't be bothered entire time. He does a much better job communicating on social media than with actual people. The anesthesiologist came in next, saw me crying because who knows what this doctor is going to do. Anyways, she and I talked about law, and her family, she listened to what I wanted and said she'd tell Dr. Williams, idk if she did or not but it definitely calmed me right before surgery. Ten minutes later I'm knocked out.
Talked to a couple other girls at pre-op the next morning and they experienced the same thing during the consult with dr. Williams.
I'm currently 2 weeks post-op, I'll probably wait until I'm 4 weeks to post photos, or you can privately message me and I'll send some.
I'm 5'6, 203pounds.
