If you schedule a consultation. He will speak very highly of his over seas training- THAT HE CONDUCTS to teach other surgeons his masterful ways. He will assure you that his way is the best and speak very arrogantly. So again, please take these reviews seriously. This doctor is not worth the risk.

Update - Fibrosis 2k later with Venus treatment/ Massages
Update:
After 5 massages with Venus treatment. This is the result. They helped, but did not eliminate the fibrosis completely. Interestingly enough the spa I went to said they were aware of the Dr. Delvecchio and have had dozens of his patients come in claiming they were not suggested post-op care and extremely upset with their results. After spending more then 13k+ I am left with these results and I will make sure everyone is aware of his procedures and guidance. There’s a reason why he has such mixed reviews. Even though I did not have the desirable shape and size before, I am now stuck with a lumpy stomach and forced to pay more to fix it. Save yourself the trauma and go else where.

Disappointed! Never Again.
I don’t even know where to start. Dr Del Vecchio was rated very highly which is why I chose him as my doctor. After surgery I was sent home with contact information for a nurse who was only suppose to be available ONE day. I will say, that she was my saving grace because she was the only one who answered calls/texts and acted the least bit concerned. After surgery I reached out for a follow up, heard nothing back. I was not provided the proper amount of pain medicine (5mg oxycodone) with a low pain tolerance. I asked for 10mg because I was in severe pain, doubling up on the 5mgs and running out which caused extreme anxiety. The doctor said he could only give me Motrin and the state would not allow more. For going through a surgery where you’re being poked and prodded and fat shoved into 12 holes through out your entire body, you would think they would have more grace. However, I am aware that with proper medical documentation they surely could have prescribed me something more to ease my pain. 8 months post opp and I feel that I look a little “lumpy” yet zero response from the doctor. The communication for this surgery was subpar and I was extremely scared yet I felt like they acted as if they didn’t care because everything was paid for. I’m sure this review will be taken down but I will make sure it’s posted on my Instagram just Incase.

Thank you for sharing your post. I'm a little over a year PO and I also have a couple of hard lumps. I didn't really think much of them until they started to feel painful. I will call the office and see what they have to say. Hopefully they will respond. Covid and quarantine are making it difficult to follow up with office visits.

If you are lumpy that may have something to do with your postop care did you ladies get your massages how many were they done correctly because the surgery is only 30% of your outcome the other 70% is what you do after the surgery

Not everyone needs Lymphatic massages nor are they recommended for everyone. Surgeons will tell you that. I have a nurse in my family so I was able to get massages and medical support. However, I got what I believe is fat necrosis. If Del Vecchio's office would answer my questions regarding the matter, I could be sure. I've called and texted and I'm still waiting for a response. I hope everyone heals quickly and safely.
