Heartbroken after Brazilian butt lift - after 1 week I noticed dents

I went to Dr.J through icon cosmetic surgery center. He was great, answered all my questions and listened to all of my concerns. I really felt confident in choosing him.. he was so polite and easy going. He made me feel comfortable and gave me his true thoughts and advice about what to expect from this surgery.
On April 5,2022 I finally had my surgery and didn't notice a complete change. I was hoping for the fluff to pay me a visit but that day never came. After one week post op, I noticed dents in my bbl and brought the issue to his attention through icon. I was told that's its normal and to give it time. I understand that surgery is like flipping a coin but wow I'm broken and feel so regretful. I have no hard feelings towards Dr. J but I just feel like maybe my surgery was rushed? I don't know.
