Pre-op body, I’m nervous! 5’7, 140lbs, full abdomen & lower back lipo with BBL

Procedure this Friday! I’m nervous, especially for the numbing process because nobody talks about that and how it feels. Dr Farrugia was great during consultation! I’m 5’7 and probably 140 lbs. getting full abdomen & lower back lipo with a BBL

NUMBING: when the holes were made they said it may hurt, but it didn’t for me.. bee stings hurt more. When he inserted the rod thing that sprays the lidocaine it wasn’t bad. There were areas like my ribs and waist that did hurt but it was tolerable and quick. The most painful area was my butt surprisingly, but again tolerable. Dr Farrugia goes slow and isn’t aggressive with the process. Don’t freak yourself out over this part it is very tolerable!! I couldn’t even feel the lidocaine going in.

Lipo: I felt pressure- HEAVY pressure though. It felt like someone took a massage gun and pushed deep into my skin. The lipo part is almost painless. There were areas here and there where I was like “ouch, that hurts” but it’s over quick and I would easily do it again. YALL do not be worried about pain- you have felt much worse!! Period cramps are worse than this lol

The drive home was rough because I’m too tall to lay comfortably in the back seat and man was my butt sore. It felt like I squatted 300 pounds or something. I took a nap when I got home and woke up with bad abdomen pain so I took pain meds and am feeling ok now. Not being able to sit sucks. I have no appetite either.

I’ll keep posting updates. Everyone should go to Dr.Farrugia even if you have to travel because he’s kind, funny, realistic, and gentle! He’s Dr.SNATCHED and he has wonderful reviews. DO IT DO IT DO IT!!

About 11 hours after surgery. Swollen & have padding under the faja. I don’t think there’s padding on my butt though. My bf is telling me I look like Kim Kardashian lol but Dr said my butt will shrink a little over time because some of the fat absorbs.
