Dr. Richards, Dr. Bowen and their surgical team was absolutely amazing! Prior to surgery even starting they were all so professional, helpful and focused on making sure I felt comfortable about the process and kept me informed every step of the way. I’m now 5 days post op and even now if I ever have a question or concern there is always a open line of communication with the office about my recover. They continue to put my mind at ease and keep me informed and unfortunately I cannot remember everyone’s name but Ana, Diane and Jackie you are all truly amazing !! And thank you!!

Finally got my BBL after months of planning and stressing about the procedure. Dr. Richards and his staff were absolutely amazing !! Especially Anna and Diane, they completely put me at ease prior to my surgery and have gone above and beyond to ensure that I continue to maintain properly informed about all postop care instructions for the best outcome.
