I had a TT in December 2017, with another surgeon. He gave me a beautiful shape and the scar was just a beautiful. Well placed and perfectly symmetry. There was always a problem with my butt. It was flat, squared, just not appealing. I researched and came across a surgeon with know-how, experience, and a teacher. Now I know there are a lot of good surgeons and even great surgeons out there. I've seen their results here on Realself. For me I decided to go with the one man that is giving the lectures and providing classes for safety. The ASAPS can't be wrong. Dr. Del Vecchio (along with Dr. Aslani) has provided a safety training course in Spain, has spoken on safety in Morocco and in London. His next stop is Dallas. This all I needed to know. I'm 53 years old, shyly 5' (actually I'm 4' 11"), and weigh 108 lbs. I have two children. Talk about a skinny BBL. Dr. Del Vecchio managed to lipo 2400 CC and turned right around and put it all back in each cheek (1200).

Hi, I did not have my arm lipo'd. I took pain meds for the first 2 days. It's more of a discomfort from the bruising, but tolerable.

No complications, thank God! I am currently 14 days Post-Op, so still swollen and more healing to do. I had a waist because I had a TT in 2017. He is just enhancing it. It should get more defined as time goes by.

The first day was the worst. The second day was better. And today, day three is even better. It can only get better from here. I am no longer taking the pain meds, I only took two yesterday and that was just out of habit. I am just sore, but not in pain.
