5’3 105lbs Skinny Awake Bbl

Thought of sharing since this community helped me a lot. I’m 5 foot 3 asian, 108 lbs and in good shape. From the back, i look like very square and wanted an hourglass figure. I also have stubborn areas on my flanks, abdomen and muffin top which bothered me no matter what exercise I did. Coolsculpting has helped me with this but I want a more dramatic hourglass shape and to reposition my fat. I’ve done sculptra injections on my butt before with minimal results.
I consulted with 3 other beverly hills doctors about BBL, but since Im very skinny with bmi of 18, Im not going for a Kim K result. Id rather do it on an awake setting than go general anesthesia.
I picked Dr Yovino because I had a good experience during our consultation, I like how much time he spent addressing my concerns, pinching my fat to see where he can make an improvement, and showing me where the scars would be. My goal is to improve waist to hip ratio with minimal scarring.
Surgery day went better than I expected. Zero pain, didnt have to use laughing gas. No pain at all! He was able to take out 1300cc and of fat and put in 300+cc in each butt cheek. My results on the table look good, but I havent seen it without the garment yet so fingers crossed!!

Happy about the shape. Still swollen. I hope I dont lose too much of the fat transfer. Also, my waist measurement is the same as pre-op. The incisions are very small so Im happy about that. I hope I keep my shape, final results won’t be seen until 3 months.

It’s 7 months after the procedure. I am very happy with everything. Glad I went with Dr Yovino and his team. I have nothing else to say. They take good care of their patients. Ive attached a photo of my results after 7 months. this is all the fat that took and will be permanent
