BBL with butt Implants - thrilled with my preliminary results

After having my first Supercharged BBL in December 2022, I decided to go for round 2 to get even more waist definition, the good thing is that if it is booked from 6 months after there is a substantial discount for the second BBL. The second BBL is only liposuction and liposculpture as I already had implants in the first procedure (see my first post).
Abigail, my patient coordinator is always super efficient not to say very kind all the way, its very comforting to have her by my side. I booked my second round, fixed a date and got a personalised video from Dr Aslani explaining the procedure, expectations and limitations , Dr Aslani is always very clear and always says the truth, he is not giving fictional promises but always does his best to deliver optimal results.
I booked my stay in a Curvy studio again, just above the clinic, it is always great and Marco (the owner of the curvy) always goes the extra mile to assist and prepare a starting pack in the studio so that we could have our first meals before going shopping for groceries.
The day of admission went very well, I was a bit stressed out as before any surgery, Dr Aslani came for my pre-surgery discussion and made drawing on me to specify what needed to be done, he is always very likable, kind and trustful, it makes the entire difference. Abigail was also there during the discussion.
Then everything goes quickly and I woke up after the surgery, there was no pain, just nausea from the general anesthetic but nothing too bad, I had compression garments and spent the night in he clinic. The day after I was able to go back to my studio, where I followed strictly the after care protocol. What is amazing is that the stay with the curvy goes also with a daily nurse that helps for showering and change plasters and put back the garments. Compared to the Supercharged BBL, this time it was a much easier recovery process as there was no implants. The nurses at the clinic are all very professional, sweet and kind.
There is a protocol to follow to have the various garment sin place for certain number of weeks. It definitely worth it. I am not 6 weeks post op and I am very happy, it is really life changing, I recommend Dr Aslani, he is the only one I could trust for this procedure. Abigail is also for me the best person to have on your side during the entire process.

I travelled to Marbella for my Supercharged BBL with Dr Aslani only 8 days ago and even though I am in recovery mode I am currently thrilled with my preliminary results.
Why supercharged BBL?
Supercharged BBL is BBL with butt Implants in addition.
I wanted to optimise my surgery the maximum possible and Dr Aslani confirmed that my choice was a good one.
I decided for Dr Aslani because of his technique,  reputation and the fact that Dr Aslani only does BBLs and all the time, he is a specialist.  For me its like buying a croissant in a bakery or in a supermarket, you need to go to the expert as it makes the entire difference.
The Process
Beyond the results, the most important factor for was that all along from the first contact to the pre-suregy, the surgery and post-surgery care, I felt safe, listened  and cared for.
My patient coordinator Abigail was always so knowledgeable, kind,  reassuring and responsive, no question was left answered, It was awesome to meet her in real, she's a beautiful person.
The surgery
Dr Aslani is very professional and with his experience can immediately provide best advices based on my own morphology as everyone is different even if we can have wishes or best examples.
On my perspective I asked Dr Aslani to do the best he could for me and that waist/hip ratio was my priority.
I had 480cc Implants and fat lipofilling on top so i was according to Dr Aslani the one that got the most this year against all odds lol
Even though it is swollen I have now a defined waistline and my bum has the projection I wanted even if it will reduce as it heels,  its day and night compared to before but won't post pictures from before as I hate them
The pain
I have to say that the pain was mild and not constant and we have medications which really helps.
As any invasive surgery,  the first 48 hours are the thoughest but everything is made by Cirumed to make this the most easy possible.  The stay after surgery in the clinic is only overnight.
The main feeling is discomfort but this perfectly manageable and expected due to the fact that this surgey is life changing on a positive way.
The results
We cannot see final results before few weeks but we see huge positive immediate change, it feels like a magic stick for a life changing body shaping
Reaching an hour glass figure is very challenging especially if we only rely on diet and sports, sometimes you need to help yourself and do something as it won't falll from the sky.
The Facility
The clinic is modern and 5 stars, the rooms bright and nurses are very kind and always make you feel comfortable.
The aftercare
The aftercare is very well organized and efficient, particularly because I stayed in one of the Curvy apartment to be above the clinic as this includes daily nurse to help with the showers and garments. The nurse Steffi is amazing and it makes the entire difference in the recovery.
I felt safer to stay above the clinic but its because i didn't know how things are linked, and I know believe that the villa would have been as good as the apartment stay.  It is just the choice between been alone in a flat or be in villa room with a shared kitchen.
The first week is the hardest but if we keep the recommended routine we can go through it. Sleeping is bit uncomfortable as we can only lie on tummy or stand, so finding a comfortable position is key due to these.

We need to keep different compression garments at all time except one hour a day for the shower or massages.
The aftercare is as important as the surgery if you want to recover properly and optimise your results.
There's a 24hrs emergency number for any issues,  this was very reassuring to me.
Daily life
We can buy groceries with UBER Eats it works not perfectly but works anyway, you can also order food.
Don't expect going shopping or else, you can't so arrive if possible in Marbella before your surgery in a day where shops are open.
The Curvy wifi is super effective and we can book flat cleaning too.
