I had my 6 week post op appointment today. This Friday will be 7 weeks since my surgery. OMG my before and after photos are again a reassurance of how happy I am I chose Dr. Dass - he gave me a nice shape. As I’ve posted previously, I will be 50 in a couple of years and was hoping for decent results but didn’t expect this man’s work would be so amazing considering what he had to work with; my before photos compared to my after photos speak for themselves. I told Dass I wanted a natural butt but did not want big hips (I have only told a handful of people I got this procedure) and he totally delivered.

My recovery has been uneventful. I rotate between the first and second stage garment because the second stage garment is too frkn tight. I feel like it damages my butt fat cells every time I have to squeeze my hips and butt through it. I am still stiff in some areas which is a bit annoying because I can’t bend down to the floor without having to go down on one knee. Overall I jut wanted my clothes to fit better and have a butt (I wanted a natural looking butt not huge butt) - Dr. Dass did such a good job on my liposuction, I may buy a bikini for the first time in my adult life. The marks in the center of my abdomen are from the garment.

Thank you, I know I don’t look like the 20 and 30 year olds on here but for my age (I’m a gramma already) I am very happy. I had NO butt, in fact it was concave plus my sides (those bat wings like one other Dass sister called it) were awful and Dass did a great job transforming my body considering what he had to work with. You have a butt so I’m sure you will look absolutely wonderful once he enhances it!!!

Did those indents in the small of your back go away after you didn’t have to wear the garment anymore? Do you think they will go back to normal?

The indents on my waist is from the garment. This go away if I don’t wear the faja although I keep it on most of the time still. I went one full day without it and swelled a bit. There appears to be a small dent in the center of my lower back right above my. It cheeks which is part of the lipo area. It is still very stuff and hard. I think once things “loosen” it will go away. I’m going in next week for 6 week follow up and will upload more photos

I told Dass I wanted a butt (I previously had NO BUTT) but I did not want big hips. He did exactly what I asked. I haven’t had a lot of swelling and my recovery has been good thus far. The first 2 or 3 showers were somewhat tuff because I had the nausea, light headed/faint thing going on. I had help from my adult daughters. You definitely want to make sure you have someone helping the first few days. My mom has given me arnica and turmeric teas which I believe have helped along with the arnica cream Dass gives. The worst part for me has been removing and putting the garment on after showers or bowel movements. It is a very weird kind of pain because even though your skin feels numb, there’s a burning when the garment has to be squeezed over your thighs/hips and onto your torso. Today I put on undies because my private is so swollen from the little pee opening. This is probably the area which has been my problem swelling area. The undies have helped tremendously but I know I have to take them off soon because I don’t want extra lines/creases. Will update again when I graduate to my stage two garment this weekend.

You look so awesome!!!!! I used a folded up pad side ways when my privates got swollen so it wouldn't dig into the area. So happy to hear your healing is going well!!

SDmama thank you. You are very courageous going through another surgery!!! You look really good also. The healing is an emotional roller coaster with many ups and downs but totally worth it. Greenbutter I got general anesthesia. I don’t know if Dass offers local anesthesia for this type of procedure. I like many other lovely ladies was very nervous and being a mommy I’m a worry wart so even the morning of the procedure I was freaking out but I’ve wanted to do this for a long time so calmed and talked myself down. I went into the surgery room, the anesthesiologist put the oxygen mask on, I took one maybe two breaths, she said “time to go to sleep” and I was out!!! Seemed like I took an hour nap ....

Thank you! I already talked about round two at my 6/8 week appt. He was surprised. He said I kept most of the day, but I know exactly where it absorbed. I'm going to post more pics at 12 weeks. I'm excited for my boobs to get done!!!

Looks great and I’m in the same boat. I just want a natural butt and I’m 45. I was a bit concerned that the fat won’t stay because of my age and my stomach would be loose/sag due to elasticity loss. Can’t wait to see when it fluffs.
