40 yo, Marbella for BBL with Aslani

I'm 40 yo, mother of 2, african, 66kg and 1,63m, ( i'm working out to reach and balance of 64kg) i had gastric sleeve in 2014 and i lost 22kg.

I'm thinking about brazilian abdominoplasty (With fat transfer to butt) includind lipo of abdomen and flanks... i'm not looking for very big butt, but something more regular, with more volume than what i have now (I have had butt before...).

I had abdominoplasty before but it was not done with lipo, and the final result is so bad.... I also need in a 2nd time breat implants.

I've been quoted for breast lift+B-lite implant+fat grafting but I replied that don't want any scare around my breast and loss of sensibility. I've seen many example of sagging breast having round shaped implant of 300cc+ giving very good results...

I'm also worried about having the 2 procedures at the same time : breast and butt...how will I coop the pain, position to sleep? Maybe i should separate the 2 procedures...

Does anyone know about the recovery house in Marbella that welcomes patients of Cirumed clinic?

I had the skype consultation with dr Aslani last 18th of april,

He explained me that: "It’s not possible to do the abdominoplasty and the full BBL (more projection to the buttocks) because, as you are already aware, after the abdominoplasty you will be have to be laying you your back, and if Dr. Aslani performs the BBL as well, all the fat transfer will be reabsorb and it won’t survive to the body pressure"

I answered today that i prefer a full BBL at a 1st time, allow it to heal, then i'll will make a new program for the tummy tuck 6 months after...I also told him during consultation that even 600cc each side would be ok, the best would be 1000cc each.

He also said my breast are sagging and need a lift, without that, the final result and evolution will be too bad: I can't hear and stand the idea of a lift on my breast, so i decided to leave my breast in peace for now.

He also asked me to put on weight, which is not possible for me as i had a gastric sleeve, i'm trying to eat healthy, and still fighting again myself to stop with junk food. I'm psychologically engaged on a healthy nutrition way to acheive a healthier me, I can't break the rules now.

So, I'm waiting for the answer, I'm willing to get this done in October, I'm waiting for the answer before paying my deposit.

I sent my deposit yet, book for october 2017 in Marbella, for only BBL, tummy tuck will be done in a second session. I really don't want to miss my butt.
Dr Aslani insisted that my breast need a lift, but i cannot accept this. I've seen many cases with sagging breast like mine with lovely results...I wish i could do it at the same time around january 2018. I will still ask him to consider it again.
