I think I've found the one!

So after researching (late nights, multiple tabs, and countless YouTube searches) I think I have found the one.
I'm from the UK so at first I thought I would go with a doctor in Europe but I've found they can be quite conservative. I want a waist that is snatched for the gawds!
So I have decided, I think, to go with Dr Ghurani in Miami.
Looking to put down my deposit tomorrow (500 USD) for a date in August. I'm suspicious and Nigerian so I will not be revealing the exact date, forgive me!
I've decided I'll be flying economy from London and business/first on the way back for extra comfort. Flights are looking at about £2k. Yikes. But it will be worth it.
