hey steffdoll, I got one massage at dr.pantojas office after I had my drains removed like a week after surgery, it was painful and I drained a lot from my back. after that I started doing my own massages everyday when I shower.

You didn't get any weird lumps right that's what I'm afraid of :(

Like the first week I had 2 small lumps in my stomach and when I went to my post op Dr.p told me to massage them as much as I could everyday and they disappeared, so I think it was just swelling. Lumpy lipo was my biggest fear too but he ended up doing a really good job. If you go to my profile I posted pictures a few days ago, my stomachs is still tender but it's smooth. I massage daily like 2 times for 10 minutes and wear compression garment with foams and ab board, I think that's helped a lot too.

Can you book massages with a nurse over in Mexico. I am travelling from the UK for surgery with Dr P on 26th June and staying for 20 days.. I am scared of getting lumps and Nadia recommends post op massage. I find it strange the clinic don't offer massga?/

I had a mini tummy tuck back in 2014 in Europe , the surgeon didn't advise me and I wasn't aware of the importance of massages post op. I now have some scarring from an untreated seroma! Massages are mega important.

Yes I plan on having at least one a day. I will be there for 4 days then I have a friend that does them at home

Hi,I have paid a deposit to go to this surgeon,but I am finding the RH prices way over the top . I am from the UK and I see that for Mexico the costs from $100-$200 per night!! I don't see how one person can be charged that amount. Then when you ask for the minimum days, they say 'so you will have to pay the $200' .. Rip off in my eyes. I just do not know what to do now. I am travelling in June so getting closer to the trip and I do not want to feel so stressed out about such a simple thing as a RH facility. I know I need to stay for at least 20 days,so the clinic can monitor my recovery..Personal choice.. Has anyone gone the non RH house route and can you recommended places? I am so close to cancelling, and booking somewhere in Colombia/surgeon..as they don't charge so much for RH .. But this surgeon is my preferred choice!

I read so many good reviews about Dr Panjota,but now I have paid my deposit I feel I am totally on my own :-/.. It will be my first time going long haul and I am begining to dread the the trip. The clinic doesn't offer pick up from the border,which I thought they did!

Hello! Getting a cab is the easiest way I think. It's about $5 to pick you up and take you there. Recovery houses are pricy I decided to come home the next day because it would of added $600 more to my total. Dr Pantoja is a sweetheart I know he's the right choice. I hope it all works out for you. Maybe a hotel?
