23 yrs old 2 kids 220lbs BBL

I uploaded some pics of how my body is now. As you can see, I NEED this procedure. I’ve have a pilonidal cyst removal surgery done on my tailbone in 2010 which took away half my butt crack lol. And I feel like it took away the shape of my butt. I want to get my shape back! After having 2 kids I couldn’t shave off my baby weight for the life of me. I’m having a hard time starting my diet though. I need meal plans so I don’t spontaneously eat.

Okay so I decided on a doctor! I was debating between Dr. Fisher and Dr. Ghurani for almost a year. I LOVE Ghurani's work but he was more expensive than I wanted and I was denied for financing with care credit (they are such a scam). The only thing with Fisher was that most of his work was like more perky than I wanted. I definitely do not want a butt that sits too high. So I decided to go with Dr. Ghurani. I have been on this journey since November of 2016 which is a month after I had my baby boy. So I emailed him back then when he was still with Spectrum and my quote was for around $7k. Since then, he has moved to a private practice which I am so glad he did!! He approved my surgery back in 2016 but I was too scared to get it done. So I am FINALLY ready to go through with it. I emailed him about 2 weeks ago for a quote. I then had to fill out a questionnaire just asking about my medical history blah blah blah. About 20 questions. So I sent that over along with 3 pictures for my evaluation. I live in Ohio and he's located in Miami, so I had to do my consultation through email. I was just approved yesterday!! My coordinator Jasmine told me that I would have to lose 25lbs before surgery in order for him to do the procedure. I'm 5'4" and I'm about 220lbs. I have never been good at losing weight so I hope I can do it! He quoted me at $5000 and I just need $500 to hold my date and price!! Just my luck, they had a summer promotion that was extended! After finding out it was extended I jumped right on it! It definitely feels right this time. I'll post all my wish pics later. I have a ton!
