I've been doing a lot of research on RS and YouTube about traveling to the DR. I recently found out that it is required for people who are traveling to the DR specially from the US need to purchase a tourist permit. It is $10 and you can either buy it in advance and or at the airport. It's good for one year! If you want to avoid waiting in an extra line I would look into buying it in advance. Haven't seen anyone else mention this during my research.

Shopping for supplies
Reached out to Maribel regarding supplies and she provided a list! 7 months away from surgery but want to be fully prepared. Considering on asking my primary care for meds needed for post op. I feel somewhat intimidated on bringing it up.
