21 yr old just had a BBL

WORTH IT$8,000
So I've never had plastic surgery before, in fact I've never had any sort of surgery before.
I have always been a little un happy with my body and mostly around my stomach and buttock area. Never confident to wear sexy dresses or go to the beach. I thought about getting a bbl for 3 years before I actually did anything about it. Firstly I was to scared to even get a blood test let alone get surgery and second I didn't have the money for it either. So i thought and thought about it for about 3 years, now when I turned 21 I said [RS bleep] it!! I'm going to take out a loan and just do it. Now in the mean time I did so much research I had no idea which doctor or where to even begin looking. So someone told me about real self, I started doing my research and I chose Dr.Mendieta from Miami. Now I live all the way in Europe so it's a long flight 12 hours or so. He also is a lot more expensive, but when it comes to literally putting my life at risk and getting surgery I wouldn't want to risk that to save a few thousand dollars. So anyway I booked in my Skype consult, paid my deposit, and 8 months later I'm now here in Miami 4 days post opt. I'll continue posting photos along my journey so you can see the transformation. If I can give anyone advice this is the most painful procedure ever. I have never in my life experience such horrendous pain, who ever said it's not that bad is lying!! But the pain is only for about 2 days, the recovery is really quick. As long as you eat healthy and take your meds. I'm 4 days post op and I feel a lot better but the first 2 days were something I cannot even believe I went through. My mom has been here the whole time looking after me, feeding me, washing me (literally wiped my ass) so if you're going to do this you need someone to take care of you for about a week. If anyone has any questions for me please ask away I know these things can be very difficult and you don't know where to start!

Hi I’m having my surgery in less then 10 days, how have you been managing without sitting? And are you taking anything to reduce swelling? You look great

I honestly thought it would be so horrible not being able to sit but it's actually okay. I got a few soft pillows and I put that under my Womack when I sleep about 3 of them, and to and from appointments I lay in the back of the Uber on my stomach! After about 10 days you can start sitting on your bbl pillow

What about clothes? It’s snowing in Canada... I can’t really do maxi dresses... are you able to wear panty hose or tights with sweater dresses... I don’t think pants will do... thinking for work attire later on

Stomach**
I haven't taken anything for swelling no... just using a lot of ice packs on the bruising it feels good and helps the swelling and bruising
And trying to walk as much as possible and stretch that helps also

Hated the massage
Sofia6December 11, 2017
I just had my first lymphatic massage I hated it
I was so dizzy and felt so light headed. But they're really good to have to get rid of bumps and swelling. I have my next one on Wednesday hopefully I feel better by then, so I can enjoy it!

Hi! I have my surgery in May. Does doctor Mendieta recommend the massages? Colleen told me I wouldn't need any
