Dr. Goico is the only doctor I would recommend to any of my friends or family. The reason I chose him->1) he answered back my message with a detailed explanation of what procedures I would benefit from. I had tuberous breasts and he said I will most likely require a periareolar lift, where the nipple is placed to a more symmetric position. 2) He didn't call me "doll." that's okay for women to call each other in the surgery community, but I don't think a medical professional should. It's demeaning and dehumanizing. I am not a doll, I am a paying patient who's putting my life in your hands! So I was drawn to him because of his professionalism and respect. Also communication with him and Karel his assistant was great. 3) I loved his natural looking bodies. In the professional world, the giant ass vixen look just isn't gonna fly. All I wanted was a beautiful, proportional, natural-looking body. (and that's exactly what he gave me. ) 4) great track record. I haven't seen lumpy stomachs, necrosis, deaths. I wanted THE SAFEST possible doctor. Anyway fast forward to my consult. He was honest about what he could do. He told me he wouldn't drain my stomach of the fat because that's how lumpy stomachs come to be. I was so happy he said that, bc I've seen so many results of lumpy stomachs, and my stomach was my favorite thing about me, so I wasn't sure if I should even do the lipo on my stomach just bc of fear of getting lumps. But since he explained that he won't do the thing that causes it I felt really confident about it. I told him I want the smallest possible implant that could fix the tuberous shape. He delivered on everything.. I stayed at Arelis Rh, the only place he recommends. I have nothing but great things to say about Arelis. She treats you like her child. You get your own room and bathroom too which was very important to me. Anyway this review is super short bc apparently the long review I wrote was a treatment review, not a doctor review, so it didn't show up on Goico's page and I want him to get credit!! I don't have the energy to write every single way Dr. FG impressed me or showed his professionalism. He surpassed my expectations by a mile.
