20 year old getting nice boobs and a big juicy ass ;)

i am a 20 year old student from Germany looking forward to get a BBL and a Breast Augmentation at Jineplast, Istanbul, 03/16/2017 ( everything already scheduled). I am now 60 kg ( gained weight) and 1,65 cm with a nice B-Cup. I am looking forward to get a Full C/ Small D- Cup and a nice, round ass. I heard from Dr. Buyukcayir through a friend of mine ( who i met here on Realself)... she did her BBL with Clinic Center in Istanbul and was really unsatisfied.

I already scheduled my appointment and i am looking forward for the operation... BUT there are many things that keep me awake.

Like how should i sleep? - I thought about getting a mommy pillow ( that one pregnant woman use)

and where to buy booty pillows or fajas in Europe- i can barely find any sites :(

So I did not had the time to update you guys because I was struggling with a lot of studies. Thank god most of the exams are over now and I can focus on my beauty journal. I attached some Pictures for you guys from stuff I bought. Remember I am from Germany and don't have the same variety of treatments and clothes for post-bbl, because that treatment is not very popular in Germany... that is why I am still struggling with finding some "fajas"/ compression garment.
