Breast Implants Imprisioned Upwards - Brazil, BR

The previous op in 2007 required a new surgery. It took 5 years to be ready for that. I had Eurosilicon 240cc, The doc dediced to maintain the same implant. This pic is was taken today after 6 months of the review, implants didn't drop the breasts are sagging and implants completely upwards.
THere are other issues that make the result seems so poor, but the worst is that I can't breath deeply without feeling the implants pressing my chest. It is the worst thing. I need reop but the doctor charged me more 50% of the price I paid. At first he said that in case of revision I would only pay for the hospital day care and operation room.Completely upset. I don't know what to do when I save enough money, have a second opinion, redo, downsize. I can't stand this pressure ove my lungs. Confused.I wish I had the right to be informed previously that I would have to have the implants behind the p.muscles due poor quality of my breasts skin. I would certailnly have second thoughts about that. Now its too late.
I think about how many revisions I will have to go throught in my life
I am more than happy now

You mentioned your new implants are smaller. What size were the first set of implants and what size are the new implants? Did you end up getting a mastopexy this time? We would love to see some before and after photos in your next review update if you're comfortable sharing them.
Hope you enjoy bra and swim suit shopping. Thank you for the great update!

It has been now one year I had my last implant revision. I am glad to express here my total satisfaction with the results.
I had a very hard time with the previous doctor, but I am ok now, physically and most important psychologically.
See bellow my results. I had two implants of 280cc inserted behind my pecs, now I have the new two implantes of high profile 120cc in front of the pecs.
These implants fits me much better than the other big ones.

Sorry to hear you are still uncomfortable. Did you experience anything similar with your first surgery? Like you mentioned, perhaps a second opinion might be helpful.
I am hoping that you are finding some type of relief with your respiratory troubles. This must be a daily challenge for you. I appreciate you sharing your story even thought you are going through a tough time. Hang in there! Hugs to you!
