The previous op in 2007 required a new surgery. It took 5 years to be ready for that. I had Eurosilicon 240cc, The doc dediced to maintain the same implant. This pic is was taken today after 6 months of the review, implants didn't drop the breasts are sagging and implants completely upwards.

THere are other issues that make the result seems so poor, but the worst is that I can't breath deeply without feeling the implants pressing my chest. It is the worst thing. I need reop but the doctor charged me more 50% of the price I paid. At first he said that in case of revision I would only pay for the hospital day care and operation room.Completely upset. I don't know what to do when I save enough money, have a second opinion, redo, downsize. I can't stand this pressure ove my lungs. Confused.I wish I had the right to be informed previously that I would have to have the implants behind the p.muscles due poor quality of my breasts skin. I would certailnly have second thoughts about that. Now its too late.

I think about how many revisions I will have to go throught in my life

If you are that unhappy, and you can't breathe properly, then I suggest removing the implants. It will be cheaper.

That is not so easy like that. There are many issues to be solved.

Sorry to hear you are still uncomfortable. Did you experience anything similar with your first surgery? Like you mentioned, perhaps a second opinion might be helpful.

Hello Beth. Unfortunatelly this situation will remain until the revision. The first surgery was not ok as well. The doctor didn

Hello Beth, The second surgery was necessary cause the first one was just an implant, the doctor didn't proceed the necessary mastopexy. So after the first surgery I have got big breasts but no lifting. At the second surgery the doctor performed a mastopexy with the same implants but decided to put them behind the pectoral muscles. That's the problem. The breasts sagged but the implants are imprisioned upwards and he said I need a review to relocate them. There are some other issues but this is the main one.I am trying meditation and respiratory physiotherapy to enhance my respiratory pattern that was affected by the position of the implant. I do not recommend this implant behind the muscles. Best regards Yasmin

Thank you so much Beth. I am working hard and saving money to make my dream of having a good result in my surgery, to come true. I am currently looking for a second opinion, a surgeon with an expertise in breast implants.I don't think about going to a revision with the same doctor. I was also lucky to find a very skilled physiotherapy team that is not pricey and they are helping me to breath properly. I hope to have good new before the end of this year. Hugs to you too.;)

Hello everyone. I came here to say that I had the revision with a very dedicated and competent doctor. Actually he had to redo everything, it was a new and complex operation due the poor work performed by the previous doctor. The old implants were removed from behind my pecs and small and new ones were placed in front of the pecs. The result is more than visible, now I have something to be proud of and that really fits my slim figure. However, the most impactant aspect of this surgery I noticed when I woke up from the surgery, I could breath perfectly, without the pression and weight of those heavy implants over my chest. Now, I am recovering very well. . Fortunatelly and thanks Lord, I found an exceptionally skilled doctor who gave me more than a suggestion to have everything removed. Thanks so much for the support of this wonderful community. Yasmin

Congratulations on your breast implant revision! Such wonderful news that you can breath comfortably now! So sorry you had a challenging time in the beginning but I'm happy you were finally able to get the results you were seeking.

You mentioned your new implants are smaller. What size were the first set of implants and what size are the new implants? Did you end up getting a mastopexy this time? We would love to see some before and after photos in your next review update if you're comfortable sharing them.

Hope you enjoy bra and swim suit shopping. Thank you for the great update!

Hello everyone,

It has been now one year I had my last implant revision. I am glad to express here my total satisfaction with the results.
I had a very hard time with the previous doctor, but I am ok now, physically and most important psychologically.
See bellow my results. I had two implants of 280cc inserted behind my pecs, now I have the new two implantes of high profile 120cc in front of the pecs.
These implants fits me much better than the other big ones.
