I had my chin implant and a neck lipossuction on 9th april and wanted to share some pictures with you!
Day of surgery - no pain
Day 2 - just love it my new chin, a little bit of swelling
Day 3 - i was horrified, my face turned into a big U, and im looking like a man, with a big chin!
Day 4 - I cried the whole day. Asking to myself what did i do to my face?!
Day 5 - Still looking like a man, but im being positive and wondering if it is only the swelling. after all, on the second day post op I was loving my new chin...
Forgive me guys for the bad english...

Please keep us updated. I as well had neck lipo and a chin implant 8 days ago. I've had a similar experience. My concern now is that my implant looks uneven ...im not sure if it's just swelling since the whole right side of my face is pudgier than the left. I also has buccal fat removal so I may have some additional swelling.

I also feel my v shaped chin turned into a u shape and I look manly :( . I'm not too worried tho because it's just swelling and it'll eventually go down to the shape I saw the day of surgery.

I'm same way look so scary right now. I had surgery on 14th. Hoping it heal sooner then later.

I'm obviously not an expert but I've been looking at a lot of post surgery pictures and most people seem to have even more swelling than you in the first week. Don't freak out because this isn't going to be how you look when you're done healing.
also can I just say that your new profile looks GREAT / more balanced and I think it is a very flattering improvement!
The front swelling just needs time to go down. try not to fret too hard over it for another month at least.
