No bra needed!
Still using micropore (tape) and no scar cream, like my doc recommended. Stopped using cirgury bra last week (1 month post op). Went to the gym today, some leg exercises and cardio. I am feeling pretty good...
I think I am lucky I didnt had any pain, just took pain medicine for 2 days since the op day.
Soon I post some pics without the tape for you to see the scars. They are healing nicely so far. Although the right boob is healing faster than the other - what is pretty normal. So... let`s forget about it and live a little.

My english is not so good, but I will try to answer any questions that show up. The real self had help me so much to make this big decision in my life, now I feel that I should help others. My procedure happened last Wednesday, 1st of July. My doc recommended to stay home until Tuesday, the day that I will go for my first appointment with him after the surgery. I dont feel any pain since the day of my surgery... Only an extra weight, because they are so SWOLLEN. But I am resting and doing nothing basically, like my doc recommended. I am taking antibiotics and pain medicine (only if needed). Taking shower twice a day and cleaning the micropore with soap, then cleaning with alcohol 70% and a scar cream. Drinking a lot of water!!!
My boyfriend is being very helpful, without him and my family it wouldnt be possible. In order to do this surgery you need someone to take care of you 24hs a day (especially if you want a beautiful scar).
I dont feel like writing too much, so next week I will tell more about my journey and share more photos.
