I used to be a full size 24 and after losing weight a size 16. I was happy with my new size and weight loss. However, when I looked in the mirror, I wasn't happy with my hanging stomach. After having done lots of research on tummy tucks, I made an appointment with Dr. Truong. When I arrived for my appointment, I was extremely nervous and had a millions questions circling through my mind. I was greeted by a great staff. I only waited maybe five minutes before I was called back. When Dr. Truong came into the room he was so pleasant. Through an exam and conversation he was able to understand what I wanted and let me know what he could do for me. In fact he answered those million questions without me having to ask them. He was very thorough. I was so impressed and at ease that I scheduled my tummy tuck that day. Two weeks later I had my procedure. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Truong and the entire staff were there for me every step of the way. I am extremely happy with the results. It's amazing how the scar has healed. I am considering another surgery in the future. Should I have it done, I will fly to see Dr. Truong at his new office in Chicago.

Scheduling Note: I want to say that I never waited more than 10 minutes for an appointment. The staff was very good about scheduling correctly so that there were not long wait times.
