I'm very nervous by nature but was getting to the point I didn't want to look in the mirror anymore. A model in the 90s and severe trauma and accident since then I just didn't feel pretty anymore I went to dr sheinbaum in Brandon Florida whom I trust so much he did my breasts years ago I got one syringe of radiesse and Botox for the first time too. I ha it injected in my cheeks to give some volume and lifting I had some swelling at first but results are beautiful I'm very happy it's been a bit over two weeks and it gets better every day

I just want to add I was very worried after reading scary reviews my heart goes out to everyone that bad things happened to and I pray I don't experience anything like that but in my case everything went well I did have soreness and swelling at first but that's normal my ps numbed my face up and it was not painful I would not get it done without having the area numbed first

Im happy you had good results but I guess it's the doctor as well but I truly wish you would stay away from this product . They are not telling the truth how terrible its .

That's wonderful, thank you for sharing! Do you have any pics you can share too? Love to see your new look!

What was the procedure like? Did it hurt?

November 7, 2015
Hi I just added a few pics. The procedure did not hurt he injected lidocaine before the radiesse I felt a lot of pressure but no pain. I would not ever want to do it without being numbed up first. My dr has such a calming disposition that helped a lot. I was very sore after and I'm now about three weeks out and still having a little bit of swelling but I'm told that's normal. It's not really sore anymore except for one spot.

An update I feel compelled to share. Not long after injections I noticed a lump under left eye and had vision disturbance in that eye. Now there are two under left eye one under right size of a pea. They are painful sometimes. I was told my ps the Masage them but it does nothing. You can't see them from the outside, only one if you really look hard, but they are there and I'm worried the pain and vision disturbances will get worse or never go away. I also found it it's common with radiesse

Hello there ,
You are stunning and you don't need Radiesse . I did some research and is a terrible product especially in the hands of incompetent Dr .
Only here you have so many bad scary reviews . Many Dr don't tell you the truth . Be safe . As I said you are gorgeous you don't need fillers . All the best to you . I for certain will never use this product .

You look great, I wanted to try but nervous about pain , bruising .
Did you bruise any ? Do you feel lumps ?
November 16, 2015
I am such a nervous person too I had a panic attack in his office lol. There was hardly any pain the only pain was the first prick of the needle because he numbed my face up first, I would NOT do it without lidocaine mixed in or another numbing agent first. I did have a few light bruises you can see in my right after pic they were not bad at all makeup covered them and no one even noticed. I do have a small lump under my eye now you can't see it but you can feel it I showed it to my dr and he said to put light pressure on it every day and gently massage it is going away it actually makes the Results look better because it's filling in a hollow area as weird as that sounds. It is slowly going away though I got a bit worried at first but gentle pressure does work. Overall I'm so happy with the results and would definitely do it again. I got Botox at the same time it's s winning combo. If your on the fence I say go for it but make SURE you go to the right dr mine knew JUST where to put it.

Oh I will say my face was super sore for a few days hurt to touch it when I washed it that lasted about a week and during the procedure I just felt a lot of pressure
November 16, 2015
And PLEASE go to a board certified plastic surgeon and research them first

i think you look great, love the lift your high cheekbones, did he place it on the sides of cheeks or along the cheekbone? how much did he use? i just got the 1.5 syringe ( i believe also comes in .8 syringe ) to even out some assymetry in cheek hollow and also to the cheekbones to add projection.
November 16, 2015
He placed it along my cheekbones but also the apples of my cheeks I had an uneven face as I had my jaw reconstructed after an assault. Just to look at myself and see my face how it used to be instead of the results of the assault has been life changing. He used a full syringe in my 1.5 I'd love to see your pics I'm sure you look amazing

Gorgeous! How soon do you think you'll re-do them? Are you a runner ? I just had mine done 2 weeks ago and was told that running causes the filler to break down more quickly. You look amazing !
January 8, 2016
I used to be but not since my accident. I was planning on doing it again in a year but I'm not now. I started having vision problems and noticed two lumps under that eye I'm sure it's from the tadiesse and my ps confirmed it. They told me to massage it which I do every day by not breaking it up this morning it's painful and pain has come and gone with the lumps I feel compelled to share about these lumps with you as they are apparently common with radiesse I have one under right eye two under left

I'm so sorry , I have heard that before but, since you were a little father out in time I thought you were good.
How long does he think till they will be gone? One of my friends has great luck with juvderDerm & ultra plus juvederm . Take care , everything will work out .
January 8, 2016
what other fillers create lumps? Perlane as well? How long does your friend's ultra plus juvederm last?
January 8, 2016
He says they should dissolve over time I hope so

I think she does complete cheeks feathering into the under eye, maroniette line and lips once a year . I know it doesn't last as long as radisse or perlane but more discounted when you do all together . I also have a friend that was in her late 40's get a facelift what I think made the real difference was she was thin so volume was all gone the ps used her own fat and did a full face fat transfer that is suppose to last longer and it does she still has volume.
Best wishes
