Laser Hair Removal Progress ( Fifth Session) - Brampton, ON

WORTH IT
I have currently undergone 3 laser hair removal sessions on my neck and side of my face. Unfortunately I do not have any pictures of when I started but I will tell you that the hair on these areas was really bad. I also have many embarrassing dark marks all over due to plucking and waxing that I did before I started these sessions. My first session didn't leave me feeling like there was an improvement but after a few more sessions I started to see that some areas grew in slower or not at all. I have really facial hair so I know that makes it more difficult but it's working and I'm loving my results . The dark marks are still very excessive but they were a lot worse. I will be going in for my next session next week. I paid 40 dollars for each session . I was at first skeptical becaus of how cheap it was but she is fully trained and also has accreditation to prove it . This was done in Ontario, Canada. The cost is in Canadian dollars.

My friend went and it was 125.00 per treatment, USA, and after 6 treatments all of her hair was gone. It slowly came back, but it took a long time and she said the hair is thinner and not nearly as much as she started with.
What type of skin care products- has she placed you on at this time?
Nothing really she just says I can go about what I normally do . She's not a doctor. She is just a laser hair removal technician. My regular dermatologist says that after the procedure I can come and do another procedure that would remove all the marks.
Oh okay...I started a few weeks ago. They started me on a regimen before the first treatment. It has helped with the dark spots and ingrown hairs tremendously.
what regimen is that if u don't mind me asking? I would like to ask my doctor about that if it's possible . My dark marks are super embarrassing.

Thanks Eva G. Im more than likely leaning towards salons/spas that uses the YAG machine. Most are using the soprano xl and there are pros and cons there.
I'm in Markham. But its cool I can travel I have no problem going there. Do you know which machine is used on you? And yes I would appreciate the # thank you!

Hey! I feel your pain! I'm on my second treatment and I'll have my 3rd in 2 weeks. The dark spots right now are the most frustrating for me because the hair issue is going away and I feel like the spots are taking their time to get lighter. Check out my posts but I think the cream that I was prescribed also is helping with the spots and also she gave me a prescription fade cream . My hair growth has almost stopped. But I'm getting at least a total of 4 treatments ... Maybe 5 and then I'll go from there.

I will ask my doctor about those creams . Thank you. This process has been frustration because I have so many marks but the hair has dramatically slowed in speed of new growth and some places don't even grow at all .
