How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

4 year update!
The scars separated and look awful. They’re about 1.5” wide and I had to get tattoos to cover them up. I was told it was because I lost some weight, but I don’t think that should matter with the right incisions, I am also not a doctor.
The entire surgery was for nought.
I don’t recommend it.

No bra extender!
I went out with a tank top yesterday, and I can wear my bras without an extender!
10 day Brachioplasty update
I had my first follow-up appointment yesterday, and Dr Barnsley said everything looks good. He took the steristrips off, and there were no openings or infection. I have had a bad day with the pain today, and I think that’s because the strips were supporting the incision. I’m allowed to shower and clean my arms, so that’s great. I am going to take it easy for a few days and take Tylenol more than I have.
No change with the liposuction progress, I’m still incredibly swollen. I’m trying to ignore that so I don’t obsess and drive myself nuts.

Provider Review
Dr Gillard Phillip Barnsley
Dr Barnsley has been wonderful. From the first consultation I knew I was in the right hands. His technique and skill are impressive. A’Liza is absolutely incredible, as well!!
