Unprofessional - had to get them fixed 3 times because they kept braking

I got dental work done here, braces to be specific. She definitely rushed my treatment. And rushed my permanent retains she did at the end. I had to get them fixed 3 times because they kept braking. Finally I went to another dentist and they completely removed it and put on a fresh top and bottom retainer. Feels so much more secure and I haven’t had issues since. Dr. Chen retainer work barely lasted a month before it broke and came loose. let me just say this is the last place you want to go. Dr.Chan is not a dr you want to ever get your dental work from because she is the most impatient, rude, & angry dr you could ever deal with. Seems she is just naturally an angry person . She can’t bother to ask the simple question like how are you doing today? If you have too many questions she will get irritated and over talk you. She has a lot to learn on how to be professional and offer good customer service.seems as the only thing she has is a degree to practice dental. She missed the part about knowing how to treat her patients with kindness. Don’t believe me, look at the reviews with plenty of other patients that have been to her and her husbands office under their care and will say the same. All they see you as is a money sign.
