Finally getting to fixing my teeth!
So far I removed two pre-molars at the bottom as it’s so overjet I won’t need to remove any more teeth to keep it balanced.

I decided to go with ceramics at the bottom and linguals at the top.

Additional problem: my front tooth is dead and I had to remove it at the end of this month. The doctor will then keep the removed tooth to fix it as a flipper on my linguals as a flipper tooth.
I will have an implant at the end of my orthodontic treatment.

My ceph xray looks almost identical to yours! I had orthodontic treatment before and did not pull out teeth....now 8 years down the road, I am not satisfied with the way my mouth and teeth looks. I was told I need to remove both top and bottom premolars so I am intrigued that you only need to pull out the bottom ones. Do you have an update to how your bite is looking?
