I hav maintained 110 lb weight loss for 5 years, through diet and exercise. I've had many procedures to remove and tighten excess skin. I am very pleased with all my results, however the back rolls were bothersome . Particularly, in form fitting clothing and as a competitive swimmer, in my team compression swim wear , was aesthetically unappealing.
