Today is my follow up appointment and OUCH my right boob hurts! The left is already somewhat soft and is dropping slightly and the right was on track until I popped a stitch :S
Ever since its been aching and burning. I feel it tightening up again so i will just have to see what Dr Magic Hands has to say, he's going to have to fix the suture anyway.

They look really great for a week after! I read that you got 415cc was that a round or shaped implant? I am also looking into thAt size as well! I am very deflated and saggy from breast feeding two babes.

They were 415 high profile! I have my post op Thursday and will find out the exact brand and such and let you know!

One thing I told the ps was that I wanted to get by looking natural while clothed, and honestly as settled as they're already becoming I'm not going to be surprised if they can pass for natural without clothes soon! Because of the size I wanted and my lack of breast tissue, high profile was my only option otherwise i wouldn't have had any fullness up top. Going under the muscle lost me about 25cc but I will also have a natural slope to my breast once I'm all healed

I go to my pre op this Friday, and I will be discussing HP style implants with her. I really lack on the breast tissue so I might need that filler in the top part of my breast. We did already confirmed that under the muscle is the way to go for me too. Your pre breast look like they were in much better shape than mine to start with. I have so much loose skin I'm really afraid that I won't fill it all out. I can't wait to see how you progress!!! Take care!

Go look at my pics I was so deflated ! And I got uhp 480cc gummy bears now they are nice and full

The one must have for me was that I needed all of my loose skin to be filled and I made sure the ps was well aware that that was one expectation I wouldn't negotiate about. From there we focused on realistic cup size vs having my heart set on a specific cc

Yes your deflated breasts look like mine. What breast size are trying to achieve going with 480cc? I want to have a Full C cup or Small D cup and I am not sure really where to begin. Basically the implant will be all that's filling me out on top so I want to make sure I don't go to small and end up loose skin. Your results are looking great to by the way.

If you trust your ps, focus less on cc size and let them know your desired end result size. I was stuck on 425cc until the day before surgery I told them to scratch that and full c/small d was what I wanted so whatever they put in to make it happen was going to make me happiest
