28yrs Old, 2 Kids, 5'4 & 110lbs

After breastfeeding 2 kids (ages 1 and 5) I am now a very deflated maybe A cup.. My husband and recently decided we are without a doubt done and I have an appointment to get my tubes tied in 2 weeks. Tomorrow I consult with a local PS to discuss getting a BA. While nursing I was a steady D-DDD depending on level of fullness and I loved them! Right now my husband is adamant that anything other than a full C will be too large for my drame and will look too obviously fake.. I would love a full D, personally. I know with a C I will wish they were larger, plus I feel that with a shirt on it won't be so completely obvious they're fake probably and without a shirt on I don't mind them looking fake when it'll be for my husband. Sounds kind of fun actually! I have been obsessively reading this forum and was hoping to hear some thoughts from other viewers. Will include some wish pics also to see if anyone feels that my desired look is even reachable with my lack of breast tissue.

So I consulted Monday afternoon with my preferred plastic surgeon. He's about to take some time off and initially had nothing open intol July, but was able to squeeze me in May 13 for the procedure- right before he goes out. We decided on silicone under the muscle, probably going through below the breast instead of the nipple. My husband and I both agreed that my goal size is a full C, small D. They brought in 350cc, 375cc, 400cc, and 425cc sizers. I (obviously) went straight to the 425, loved how it looked. I thought the 400cc was just the right amount of handful for me though. My husband liked the 350.. Boring. He also liked the 375. When the nurse popped back in to see what we were thinking I was wearing a 400 and a 375 and he said "she likes the big one" making a weird face and pointing to the 375.. To which I called him out on not being able to tell a difference, just forming an opinion based on the cc number. I told her I like the 425 but would settle for the 400, to which she responded that under the muscle the 425 will look like the 400. I told her to put me down for the 425 and we agreed that if the ps just can't fit it in that the 400 will work. My husband and I got in the BIGGEST argument about it later that night, he thinks I just want the biggest possible. I tried to explain that the dr recommended the cc's that will help me reach about the desired size I told him and that 425cc in me is going to be way different than in somebody that actually has breast tissue. We finally agreed that I wouldn't commit to a cc, just to whatever cc gets me to the size I want will be the way to go. (But I know one of the surgery nurses and she will make sure I get what I want :P)

I had my preop this passed Monday, everything is paid for and ready to go. I had my tubes tied on Tuesday so have been recovering from that, trying to get the anesthesia out of my system. I was reading through my information booklet for my augmentation and realized the surgery will be done with twilight sedation.. Anybody have experience with that? Being awake for the procedure has me a little nervous :/
