Sleeved and weight gain
WORTH IT

Hello everyone, I went for my review and here is my report
Start weight 107.6kg
BMI 44
Present weight 80kg
BMI 32.3
My blood work wasn't bad , my doctor was happy with my progress
I am very thankful for this journey and for the miracle and gift of loosing weight and being healthy and happy.
I am pumped to loose more.

Feeling good
I am down to 80kg from 107.5kg and I am very happy. I am thankful for the sleeve, it has been a miracle, I have lost my hair but I would rather be slim with no hair :)
I wake up everyday excited about my new life. I know for sure now that this is a life style change.
My advise, if you fall off the wagon, stand up, dust yourself off and continue, old habits don't die that easy.

When you say you lost your hair, do you mean all of it?? Patchy ?? Or thinning??
Thinning , some even patching so I did the great chop and it's all coming together nicely .
