Botched Botox
I visited Pure Dermatology twice for Botox injections, the first go around my forehead bruised for 4+ weeks with people asking me what happened, the treatment defeated the purpose of trying to look good after it left me with very noticable facial bruising. I did go in a second time, this time the Dr. said she would miss the vein well she did but then it left me with a severely droopy eye and again back to everyone asking what happened to my eye. For the price of this treatment I would not recommend this office, the staff is nice however the service is expensive and I expected better results, I have had Botox elsewhere and none of this happened, I was very pleased with the results it was in another state however. Needless to say I did email the office to ask for a refund or discount on lip filler and my emails were not answered, not good customer service.
