I started the prp injections in August 2017 and have had the injections once a month through November 2017 and I will do one more treatment in December. After December I will do every three months to maintain the growth. I am noticing little dark hairs starting to grow in places where there was no hair. At this time, I am completely ecstatic with the results.

I truly understand your concern that the procedure may not work for you or not as well as you had hoped, I had the same thoughts. But I just had to proceed for my own peace of mind. Possibly call his office and explain your thoughts and concerns with the receptionist. I honestly believe that he would not do a procedure that he doesn't feel would work for you.
Sorry I do not have any pictures that I have taken but they do at his office. I will try to get them on my next visit in March and share them with you. Hope that you find a treatment plan that will work for you. Best wishes.

I have had one round of PRP/ACELL and due for my second next week. Its not cheap but I am hopeful it will work. This seems to me to be the safest route to go. NO down time, no meds and its safe. I have seen 4 dermatologists and Dr. Ghohestani is by far the best. If any of you live near San Antonio, TX go by Dr. Ghohestani's office. They are extremely knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to answer all your questions.
