2 weeks "post-op" and I couldn't be happier with my decision to remove those toxic bags I had in my chest for 13 years. I decided to go with a much less costly option ($700) with a simple removal of my saline implants under local anesthesia. I did NOT remove the capsule. As soon as I was driving home from the procedure I was blown away of how much better I felt. My mind was clearer, no more chest pain, I could finally take deep breaths again. No more heart palpitations or numbness. My anxiety has subside, I am no longer irritated all the time but instead filled of energy and has some sort of inner calmness. I feel reborn. Anyhow, just wanted to get that out here that breast implant illness is real BUT the toxins don't necessarily stay inside the capsule for those who are looking to do an implant removal without a full capsulectomy. Off course everyone is different and may have another experience than what I have had.
