Waste of Money and Treated Poorly

It saddens me to write this review because I was really looking forward to getting treated at the Nazarian Plastic Surgery/Spa 26. I follow Dr. Nazarian on social media and have watched her show on TV, which is why I picked this place to get a botox treatment. If you are a person of color or not a social media influencer I would NOT recommend you go here. When I arrived, the people at the front desk barely even noticed me or greeted me. When I was in the treatment room, I had to wait about 15-20 minutes for Dr. Habashy to finally show up. I had been feeling very self-conscious about my deep 11 glabella lines and explained to Dr. Habashy my concerns. She seemed to not really care. She told me I could get botox and morpheus8 to make it better. I agreed to the botox and Dr. Habashy left. I waited for what seemed like another 20-30 minutes until another nurse finally showed up and made me sign paperwork and went over pricing. It was on the higher end of what I wanted to pay but I figured I was at the best of the best of Beverly Hills so it was worth it? Another 10-15 minutes pass and Dr. Habashy finally shows up and gives me the botox. The people in the front desk told me someone would contact me the next day regarding information about follow-up treatment and coming back in after two weeks. Mind you, I was ready to pay for the expensive treatment because I was desperate. No one ever contacted me and no one followed up. All together I think I was there for over 45 and hour... all for botox. This place felt like scam. I'm just an average person and I researched so many doctors to decide to come here. It felt like just cause I wasn't a social media influencer and looked like them that I was treated poorly and I gave them all my money for no reason. As a follow-up, I still have the deep glabella lines and nothing really changed with the botox. It wore off. Don't go here and don't waste your money unless you're some "hollywood star."
