I came here for the glow on the go facial. I was put in a room with 4 recliners and across from me someone was getting an IV and the person (I hope it was an RN) who had started it maybe infused it too fast and some other person was interrogating her. It was noisy and not at all relaxing. Then I was going to get Botox and I was called up by the receptionist (I believe) and she brings me back to a room and 3 minutes later the dr brings someone else to do Botox on and there was a huge confusion. So since I was in the chair the dr told the other person to wait a few minutes. I was. It asked what my areas of concern were I was just told how much and where I needed it and she began injecting me. She didn’t even treat my whole forehead. Then she ushered me out the door with no instructions or anything. I felt like a herd animal being pushed through the gates. I won’t be back for sure

I am so sorry you had a poor experience. Vitamin IV's are always done by a RN. This is great feedback as we totally could have provided a more private space for you. It sounds like we were not on our A-Game this day, we hope you will give us a second shot! If after a treatment, you ever feel like the botox did not settle in the right places or treat your whole forehead, we are happy to provide a touch up, free of charge! Please fee free to reach out and express more of your concerns, and we would be happy to make it up to you! Thanks

Thank you for your honest review. I would have fled the office w/all those red flags. I've also experienced this kind of office. Definitely into the bottom line. Only an MD or RN should inject Botox. An office should never be off their "A game"!!
